The Trust Executive Team has primary authority for the day to day management of the Trust’s operations save for those matters which are reserved for the Members and Trustees. The members of the Trust Executive Team may from time to time invite additional staff to the meetings as required. The Trust Executive Team is the overall decision-making body for performance and delivery across the Trust, under delegated authority from the Trustees.
